I provide personalised exercise based therapy and developmental programs to help each child reach their fullest potential. Little Limbs - Mighty Steps!

Amanda's Story

Let me share a bit about my how I ended up here. Well I’m a proud Mum of three incredible children: Indiana, who is nine; Jett, who is seven; and Zahara, who is four. Both Indiana and Zahara were born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a brittle bone condition that presents unique challenges but also inspires me daily. My experience as a mother and my professional background have given me reason to dedicate my career to paediatric exercise physiology.

Originally, I ran a successful exercise physiology practice focused on adult clients. However, as I navigated the health challenges with Indiana and Zahara and worked to improve their quality of life, I rediscovered a profound passion for working with children. I had alway had an interest in working with children but never felt like it was the right time.. well it was when Indi was born. I turned my focus to working with children completing hundreds of hours of development and research. I moved to seeing children within my previous practice before eventually working with another company. Now I have found myself coming back full circle with the creation of Little Limbs, where I bring specialised, mobile exercise physiology services directly children, ensuring every child gets the care they need in a comfortable and familiar environment.

What My Families Say!

I don’t even know where to begin with this amazing woman. My son has been seeing Amanda for nearly 3 years and he has come such a long way. She is so patient, gentle and kind with my little man even when he’s not listening and being silly during a session. He doesn’t gel with a lot of people but with Amanda it was an instant connection. He always looks forward to his sessions with “Miss Manda” and that makes me truly happy. We are so grateful she has come into our life she is part of our little family now. Highly recommended Amanda and her services ❤️
